When you use the Marketing-Readiness Audit on our website, the following data is collected:

  • Your answers to 10 multiple-choice questions (for score calculation)
  • Your calculated audit score (0–100 points)
  • Your email address (only if you voluntarily request the report)

This data is not stored on our servers. When you request the report, your score and email address are sent to you once via the Resend email service. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Request form (Pricing)

Through the request form in the pricing section, we collect: name, email address, website (optional), chosen package (Strategy Paper or Complete Package), product description, target audience, and goals. This data is not stored on our servers but forwarded directly to our business email address via Resend. Processing is carried out for the performance of pre-contractual measures based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Detailed briefing form

In the detailed briefing, we collect business information about your market, status, brand, story, and goals (approximately 20 fields in total). This data is used exclusively to create your individual marketing concept. Again, no data is stored on our servers — all information is forwarded to our business email address via Resend. Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Email service (Resend)

We use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to send all emails. Resend acts as a data processor and processes the transmitted email addresses and message content for email delivery. Resend stores delivery logs according to its own privacy policy. Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts (Playfair Display, Manrope) for consistent typography. When loading the fonts, your browser connects to servers of Google LLC, USA.
